What leave in conditioner works best for really curly hair?

I have super curly, thick hair. It gets really poofy and frizzy. I usually put LA Looks curl gel in it and it kind of works but not if I go outside or if it's really humid. What leave in conditioner works best? Please only tell me products I can get at the grocery store/cvs/wherever, not really expensive ones you can only get online. Infusium 23 leave in conditioner, it comes in a spray. When I had my hair in a spiral perm. This is the only kind of leave in conditioner that kept my hair from frizzing. You can buy it at walmart, kmart and grocery stores. What leave in conditioner works best for really curly hair?
My favorite is Redken. It comes in a blue and white spray bottle and isnt that expensive. Seems to work great! Good luck!
