What is the best mouse to use for extremly frizzy curly hair?

I straighten my hair all the time but would like to wear them curly but they are frizzy and unruly.What is the best mouse to use for extremly frizzy curly hair?
I'm not a big fan with mousse in curly hair - I'd prefer a gel.
