How do i go from curly hair to beachy waves?

I have really curly hair, but i want beachy waves, any tips?How do i go from curly hair to beachy waves?
This might sound odd but it works for me..... When you get out of the shower.... with wet hair.... add straightening serum. Then either lightly blow dry or allow to dry naturally and put in a soft bun while it dries completely. That will help avoid frizzies. Like I said, that's what works for me but all hair is different. Seriously, just experiment. Use an entire Saturday to just wash and dry and play with it. Pamper yourself.... it's fun. :)How do i go from curly hair to beachy waves?
When you get out of the shower blow dry it straight or flat iron it. Then put a little sea salt spray in it and scrunch it up a little. Not too much or it will just remember it's curly personality. You may be able to get away with just spraying it a little and shaking your head upside down. If it gets a little too curly run your fingers through it.

straighten it a then take a fat curler, and just barely straighten it so it's wavy :]
