I'm looking for a pretty, formal hair style for homecoming?

I'm doing my own hair for homecoming, and I need a ';how-to'; sort of thing. Does anyone know of any websites that have nice hair styles and tell you how to do it? (I have medium length hair, a few inches below my shoulders.)

I can't find any videos or pictures of this hairstyle or how to do it, but it's Brooke's hair from the wedding episode of One Tree Hill. It looks simple enough, just curl the hair and bobby pin it to one side. Here's the video of the hair (:
