What is the best way to straighten curly hair?

My hair gets extremely dry when I straighten it.

I put leave-on conditioner when I'm suppose to

And I put oil into my hair

But it doesn't work

I certainly reccommend a shine serum, and heat defense spray (but be careful choosing one with the right temperature for your straghteners)



shine serum: I use nikki clarke and it seems to do the trick

and heat defence: Vo2, i had a brilliant one which made hair shiny too, it was in a small red and silver aerosol, but i cant remember what it was called.



Also you could try washing hair in the coldest water you can stand (adds shine) then use a brush while drying to straighten then.What is the best way to straighten curly hair?
Mine is the same way! My hair is EXTREMELY dry and CURLY. I use a flat iron to straighten mine, and also use silk. Silk is amazing, it does wonders for hair like ours.

Search for silk products they all work pretty good!!

Im probably wrong but i had a friend that had that problem and all she did was go to the salon. They helped her. It might also be the kind of straightner your using. If my answer doesn't help than im sorry.
