I kept straighting my hair and it became curly and frizzy. I want to stop straighting it because it causes hair loss. What should i do to keep my hair nice without damaging it?How to tame curly hair without using damaging products?
Just let it be curly- it wants to be that way! Shampoo and condition with a hydrating conditioner- I like Biolage Ultra-Hydrating Balm. Then towel-dry and scrunch some Paul Mitchell Super Sculpt through it (about a quarter-size amount). It will dry naturally in cute little ringlets. If you really don't want it to look curly, do the same shampoo and conditioner and then, when it's still quite wet, put some product in it and comb it out, then pull into a little bun at the back of your neck. It will dry that way, and when you take the bun out, the top of your hair will be all sleek and smooth and the bottom will have a fun little wave to it.How to tame curly hair without using damaging products?
Regular shampoo is too drying for curls and makes them frizzy and sad. I used to hate my curls until I started this method: Use 1/2 part white or cider vinegar and 1/2 part water mixed in a spray bottle and starting with dry hair spritz scalp all over head leaving the rest mostly dry. Rub it into your scalp really well and tie hair up and leave in for about an hour. Then rinse really well (like 3 times to get all vinegar odor out and use a nice smelling conditioner as you usually would after a shampoo preferably without silicone. The vinegar removes oil and product buildup and cleanses hair much more gently than shampoo without stripping too much moisture from your hair. I have curls and don't have alot of natuaral oil in my hair so I can only use regular shampoo about once a week, so I do vinegar cleansing in between about 5 days per week. Do not ever put a blowdryer on hair with out a diffuser and try to use a microfiber towel instead of a terrycloth. Keeps my hair soft and frizz free and healthy. I have totally different hair after using this method. I used to have dry fluffy corkscrew curls and now I have happy healthy bigger soft curls that stay together. This method is not for people with super oily hair. Good luck!
Hair is always going to be a little damaged no matter what u do. It gets damaged just from washing it. All u can do is take precautions to lessen the damage like when straightening hair use a heat protecting spray. But even if u stop straightening ur hair. It'll still end up damaged from washing it. either way it gets damaged.

this stuff is amazing...it helps damaged hair, it makes your hair soft and manageable.
straightenin your hair does not make you loose your hair unless your hair is really fried and it sometimes breaks pieces off..
and if you dont wanna keep straightenin it then just scrunch it and get some jel and hair spray and it will be cuutttteeeee. ! (:
challenging!
