How do you get your hair like the curly mandy moore has in Because I said So?

I love how she had her hair curled! I've been trying to figure out how she does it, but I can't. I also really like how she did the side braid with her bangs. Anyone know how to do that?How do you get your hair like the curly mandy moore has in Because I said So?
WHEN YOU HAIR IS WET TWIST IT INTO A BUNCH OF DIFFERNT DIRECTIONS. THEN HAIR SPAY IT AND LET IT AIR DRY FOR LIKE 10-15 MIN. THEN LET YOUR HAIR FALL AND SPRITZ IT. FINISH DRYIG WITH A DIFFUSER AND THEN CURL ONLY THE PIECES THAT NEED IT!!!


THEN SIDE BRAID WITH THE BANGS IS JUST A FRENCH BRAID GOING ACROSS YOUR HEAD INSTEAD OF DOWN!!! IT EASY!!! GOOD LUCK!!!
