How do I make my uncurlable hair curly?

I want some Jessica Simpson-like curls.


But my hair will not stay in a curl.


I don't really like using a curling iron or rollers.


Is there anything I can do?How do I make my uncurlable hair curly?
The first thing you can do to help your hair hold curl is get a body wave perm. Not a kinky curly one, just body wave. So, then when you do use any type of hair curling source - iron or rollers, it will stay curly all day long.


I wish it were easier... but that is the fact.... beauty is hard to maintain!
