I have curly hair, but have been fighting it off for over a year. As a result from all that blow-drying and straightening I now have really damaged hair, so i want to go with my natural hair so i don't damage it anymore. Do you know of any products that work really well on curly hair? What products should I get for my curly hair?
garnier products are awesome. They have all the moisturizing and anti-frizz products you could ever want. I swear by garnierWhat products should I get for my curly hair?
I was where you are about 2 years ago. I gave up straightening my hair on a regular basis and now I have a head of natural bouncy curly hair that is about as get up and go as you can make it.
It's going to be hard for you at first to make the switch. Since your hair is damaged, it's not going to respond well to anything at first. But rinse your hair everyday, and condition it everyday. Shampoo your hair every 4 to 8 days (all the daily rinsing you will do will remove most of the build up). Use products made for curly hair. Use creams more than gels. Stay away from mineral oil, petrolatum and alcohol in the products you use. Here are some good products that can be found almost anywhere.

there are lots of good products out there, both from the drug store an from the salon. If you have a good hairdresser she will know exactly what product will suit you and your hair needs the best. I personallly use redkin products but like I said, there are also lots of good drugstore brands that wont cost an arm and a leg. Anyway i really advise you to ask your hair stylist since not all curly haired ppl have the same hair needs. Also my hairdresser says that 80% of hair products out ther - drugstore brands and salon brands alike - are kinda crappy. Only like 20% of them are good.
I have that exact same problem!
I use Sunsilk Captivating Curls products.
They work really well :)
My curls are honestly so soft, and you can use the
mousse to help hold them in place.
I got the shampoo, conditioner, mousse, and this curl
cream thingy for about 10 dollars.. I hope this helps :)
